We are a private personal training gym, which means we operate by appointment and therefore do not cater for walk-ins. The benefit of this is an uninterrupted, private, non-intimidating training environment that is specifically focused on you and your goals.
We train all ages and fitness levels, from young athletes through to complete beginners. Our team of professional personal trainers are here to guide each individual through a thoroughly planned and prepared exercise program, so you can be sure you're moving towards your goals safely and efficiently.

1-on-1 Personal Training sessions are completely personalised, planned and conducted by one of our professional Personal Trainers.
Personal Training is perfect for those that prefer a completely personalised and individually-focused exercise session, or those that have specific exercise or fitness goals.
Our Personal Training package includes 2 Personal Training sessions per week, full access to our in-house nutritionist, a tailored training plan, and a dedicated 1-on-1 coach.

Semi-Private Personal Training is our brand new service, which includes all the benefits of personal training (individualised program, accountability, results-focus) combined with the benefits of training with up to 2 other clients at the same time.
Each exercise session is carefully supervised by one of our professional Personal Trainers.
This service is perfect for those that love working out as part of a team, or those that have more general exercise or fitness goals.

With our small group structure, you complete your workout in a group of 6, which ensures you receive individual attention from our coaches.
